The YMCA has partnered with the American Red Cross to offer a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate
swim program that teaches your child how to swim skillfully and safely, and think and act safely in, on and around water.
The prerequisite for each level is the successful demonstration of skills from the preceding level, except for Level 1, which
has no prerequisite. Each level also includes lessons in water safety.
